2025 Arts Connects Us Youth Show

Art submissions due online: February 7, 2025

Art selection posted online: February 14, 2025

Drop-off art at PAC: March 1, 12:00-4:00pm, March 2, 12:00-2:00pm

Exhibition reception: March 6, 5:30-7:30pm

Pick-up art at PAC: April 5 (4:00-4:30), April 6, 12:00-4:00pm

Entry Fee: $10 per submission $25 for up to 3 pieces. Class projects: $50. Scholarships available upon request.

Selection Process: Forms of visual art that are eligible include collage, drawing, painting, photography, prints, sculpture, and textile. All art must be original and not copies of master artists or images from the media. Art should meet the requirements of the California Visual Arts Standards relevant to grade level:

Artistic Perception, Creative Expression, Historic and Cultural Context.

All dimensional art work will be accepted.

Submission Process: Students can submit up to three pieces of work online. To submit artwork, upload one image (72DPI) of each work to the Google entry form by February 7, 2025. All students are required to fill out the entry form online.

Presentation: All selected 2-Dimensional art should be framed, wired, and ready to hang. All 3 - dimensional art should be ready to install on a pedestal. All work must have the artist’s information attached.

Awards: An award will be given for outstanding achievement (first, second, third, and honorable mention).

Sales: We encourage all students to price their work. All sales are made through the Petaluma Arts Center; CA sales tax is applicable. Proceeds of sales are split 60/40, with the artist retaining 60% of the price, PAC retaining 40%.
