These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Petaluma Arts Center website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.
4. User Contributions
Any content, feedback, or suggestions you submit to the Site ("User Contributions") shall become the sole and exclusive property of Petaluma Arts Center. By submitting User Contributions, you grant Petaluma Arts Center a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Contributions for any purpose, without compensation to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Petaluma Arts Center. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Petaluma Arts Center shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California.

Petaluma Arts Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
