Rental Rates
Hourly Rate for Non PAC Members
$250 per hour for entire building
$75 Classroom
Hourly Rate for Nonprofits (no fees to attendees)

Rentals are for the entire building or just the classroom, subject to availability and regular Arts Center programming. Please note:
A two hour minimum for the classroom
A three hour minimum for the entire building
$250 deposit required if renting the entire building

$125 per hour for entire building

Details
PAC receives 20% of tuition for each class held when students are charged a fee.
Staff services by the Art Center employees are charged at $40.00 per hour. The classroom is available on Fridays and Saturdays 12-4pm during an exhibition. No staff fees will be charged those days.
FRE RENTAL for PAC Artist Members – 6 hours of free classroom use each year (1 full day). Artist Member interested in regular rentals will receive a custom discounted rate based on frequency and consistency of rental usage. Not an Artist Membership? See memberships here
