Meet our staff

Chris Alexander | Volunteer and Membership Manager

Chris Alexander grew up on a sweet little farm between Cotati and Sebastopol. At the age of 19 she left the area and lived in San Francisco, Flagstaff AZ, and Paradise CA, where her two sons were raised.

She was able to return to her family home 8 years ago, where she is now living happily ever after. Chris has worked as Student Services Manager at a raw foods culinary school, Director at a senior center, helped establish a charter school, and most recently, served as Program Assistant for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Sonoma State. Meet our collaborators

Bonnie Carpenter | Bookkeeping

Bonnie Carpenter has been the bookkeeper for Petaluma Arts Center since 2005, before the Arts Center became the “Arts Center.”

She grew up in Billings, Montana, and moved to the California Bay Area after completing her MA in Speech Pathology and Audiology at the University of Montana. She taught special education with a focus on children with behavioral and language disabilities for 13 years before transitioning to office administration and ultimately starting her own bookkeeping business. She moved to Petaluma in 1995 and found a niche and love for working with small non-profit organizations that provide fuel for the heart and soul.

Lindsey Goodwin | Grant Writing

Lindsey Goodwin transitioned to PAC’s Grants Administrator role from her work as the Director of Community Engagement in early 2021.

With an enthusiasm for inclusive community building and strengthening, she now lends her passion for fundraising to our grants program. Lindsey was inspired to enter the non-profit arts sector after years of volunteer work in education, sustainability and community engagement. She and her family live in Cotati and seek creative opportunities daily.

Lisa Krieshok | Graphic Design

A Petaluman since 1997, Lisa Krieshok is still growing her roots here. Much of her growth has come from participating in local events and working with local organizations such as the Arts Center.

Lisa is a designer who creates solutions from the ground up, including illustration and design for brand identities, exhibition graphics, signage, logos, publications, packaging, advertising and websites. She collaborates with universities and schools, non-profits, arts organizations, businesses and museums. Notably, she has been the designer for Petaluma’s world-famous Butter and Egg Days Parade for the past 15 years. She finds inspiration in nature and music. She is compelled to collect leaves every Autumn to create new color palettes for her work, and she finds powerful creative energy in music that makes her stop whatever she’s doing to just absorb.
