- Enrollment is limited to 12 students per camp. All camps will meet at the Petaluma Arts Center classroom and instruction will be divided between time spent indoors and outdoors.
- The same group of students will participate in each camp. No drop-ins are allowed
- All staff and students must follow comprehensive daily health and safety protocols created in partnership with county healthcare professionals.
Hygiene Measures
- Hand-washing stations and disinfectant will be available in the classroom. Disinfection of “touch points” in the classrooms will occur daily at the start and end of each camp.
- Teachers will handle student art materials only when absolutely necessary (and then only with gloves).
- No more than one student can visit the restroom at a time.
Screening
- All students will need to complete a daily health questionnaire.
Distancing
- Physical distancing will be necessary at all times.
- Food sharing will not be allowed.
- Since the students in each class are required to be the same each day, children may only participate in either the morning or afternoon classes each week.
- Classroom time will be divided between indoor and outdoor sessions.
Masks
- All staff and students are advised to wear masks when they are in common spaces and classrooms, whether physical-distancing or not. While it is anticipated this will be difficult to enforce with the younger children, it will be expected and required of older students.
*All campers must bring completed PAC Emergency Form and Photography Consent form. Please bring these forms to the first day of camp. Forms must be filled out by a parent or adult guardian.
*NOTE: we are launching summer camp registration with the expectation that the current shelter-in-place will be lifted by June. As the situation continues to unfold, we will update our camp offerings and communicate as soon as possible.
